URGENT! Sharing the saving truth of prophecy while time remains!
An Amazing Fact: Because penicillin had not yet been discovered, the Civil War became America’s deadliest war. Approximately two-thirds of the 660,000 soldier deaths were not caused by bombs, bullets, or bayonets—but by uncontrolled infectious diseases.
I cannot remember ever feeling such a compelling urgency to boldly proclaim the three angels’ messages of Revelation 14. Never has it seemed more pressing to preach heaven’s paramount prophecies to a perishing world that desperately needs the saving truth about the great conflict between good and evil.
And there is no other passage in the Bible that blazes with such relevance for these times as the words that begin, “Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth—to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people” (Revelation 14:6).
Right now, I’m working on 14 messages for a new, far-reaching evangelistic series coming right around the corner called The Pinnacle of Prophecy. And I’m writing you today to encourage you to take advantage of this incredible opportunity to make an eternal difference for Christ. I’m seeing firsthand how the forces of evil are standing arrayed against any effort to present the plain truth about Satan’s plan to deceive the whole world.
People everywhere are confused by the false teachings pouring from pulpits across the land—deceptive, infectious doctrines that hold human traditions above the revealed truths of Scripture. Millions have been lulled into a false assurance of heaven while they pursue the pleasures of sin. Yet, at the same time, the Holy Spirit is tugging at their hearts, and we have a responsibility to stand up and courageously declare unchanging Bible truth.
I’m also writing to ask you to pray for Pinnacle of Prophecy, which starts on October 27. Pray for the angels of heaven to push back darkness and bless our teamwork as we prepare to present the most important messages ever entrusted to mortals to share with a dying world. Pray for the Holy Spirit to woo hearts to seek God’s truth!
You know that I’m totally dedicated to public evangelism. In fact, I have no choice. Jesus said, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel” (Mark 16:15). Preaching still works—and the harvest is still great!
I know that when we present The Pinnacle of Prophecy, Satan will try to keep people from hearing the messages. But I also know that when we faithfully do our part in proclaiming wonderful truth, God will do His part and draw people to Himself.
Every presentation in this series is rooted in Revelation 14, which contains the crescendo of all prophecies. Within this chapter, you find all the distinctive teachings of God’s remnant church: the Second Coming, the Ten Commandments, the Sabbath, the sanctuary, baptism, the state of the dead, heaven, hell, the mark of the beast, and more.
Here’s the plan. I’m asking you to share the printed invitations with friends, neighbors, coworkers, and family. (I’ve included a handout with my letter.) Invite them into your church or home for a prophecy study party. Have some healthy refreshments available. Turn on the presentation—all you need is an Internet connection—and view the 60-minute program. Ask folks if they enjoyed the message and learned anything new. Then invite them to the next one. It’s easy, and God’s Word will not return void (Isaiah 55:10, 11).
We have budgeted $400,000 to produce this vital series, which will be broadcast live on AFTV, YouTube, Hope Channel, and Facebook. Your gift this month will also help edit this series and broadcast it on all our major networks, such as History and Lifetime, helping millions more know God and learn His lifesaving truths. The meetings will originate on the West Coast—if the time zone doesn’t fit your schedule, the programs will be archived so you can view them at a time more convenient for your group.
