If there was ever a time we needed deep heart-searching revival, it’s now! The worldwide pandemic reminds us that we are nearing the return of Christ. Let’s not put off the spiritual preparation we will all need as we face Earth's final events. 

We are reminded, “A revival of true godliness among us is the greatest and most urgent of all our needs. To seek this should` be our first work.” That's why this Friday, April 10, at 7:00pm Pacific, I’ll be starting an online revival series that covers vital topics such as prayer, Bible study, confession, the Holy Spirit, self-denial, and more. As thousands are sobered by these momentous times and search for spiritual answers, especially during this Easter and Passover season, let’s invite our friends and neighbors to join us in a time of forsaking sin and rededicating our lives to Christ.

These messages are Bible truths that can be a blessing to anyone at anytime. But even more so now when the world as a whole is in a pandemic and many are dealing with and facing things that they never have before. Many are looking for answers for these things that are taking place in the world. Thank you Pastor BATCHLER for allowing God to use you and your team, ministry in a powerful way for such a time as this. Each night has been such a blessing for me, speaking to thoughts and questions that I have. This series is such a blessing and educational. I have learned more about the cohesiveness of the Old Testament and New Testament books than ever before. I love the "seeing Jesus" in the books/characters such as Joseph, Jonah, Samson, Isaac, etc. The teaching styles of both Pastor Jean Ross and Pastor Doug Batchelor are so clear and informative, especially some of the stories or historical facts that are woven into the teaching. I head elder of a church, an I was going through a period of depression and discouragement. I felt that my sense of purpose was unclear, that spiritual fire barely burning. I am still following the revival and Dear God what a blessing the word is to me and my family. I remembered what you said about the most beautiful prayer in the Bible was Daniel Chapter 9. You said for us to get in our private space in our home and kneel down on our knees and ask God’s forgiveness of all my sins even the ones I don’t remember. Well I have bad knees and I told the Lord I am going to get on my knees even if it took me all day to get up. I was home alone and I put some pillows on the floor and began to pray the prayer of forgiveness and a transformation came over me and when I finish prayer I got up with minimal ease. I thank God for his goodness and mercy,

This is a question for the Confession message of The New Heart revival series (I could not locate a link to submit this from my phone on Facebook):
Many Recovery Programs (such as A.A., Celebrate Recovery, etc.) focus on taking a moral inventory (of wrongs) and sharing (confessing) these with God and another person (a sponsor or neutral person) as one of the steps to recovery (as an antecedent step to “making amends” with persons who have been wronged (sinned against). James 5.16 is used as support for this practice.
Is this a Scriptural practice, that is, confessing our “sins” to a non-involved person?

This not a question but a praise. Last nights meeting. I was tempted to do evil for evil. Now God through Pastor Doug showed me that it is wrong. Can you imagine how I now feel? Relief that knowing God is working on me and I don’t need to worry about the evil I thought was done to me. Praise be to God for these meetings for I want to see Jesus’ face.

I'm finding it hard to follow the order of the revival series. Hopefully, next year things will be numbered and organized better. Also, I feel like there is so much information on Amazing Facts that it's hard to keep track of when the weekly message is or other messages because of the enormous amount of material. Hi David,
Since you’re mentioning it after so many years it seems like your conscience is telling you to do the right thing. You’ve already known the answer to your question but I guess you want to hear other people’s opinions.

This lady took all the money that her father left in the bank even though she had three other siblings. She listened while the others are blaming someone else for taking the money and would not say a word to correct them. And by the way she is a professing Christian. The one they are blaming never defended herself. She is still suffering the consequences of this sister actions. It didn’t take long for the money to finish, she didn’t even build herself a house. And she is not in a better position than any of the others.

My point is, RICHES TAKE WINGS, but relationships last FOREVER. Good luck on your decision.

Time zone is an issue ... will replays be available? I checked the AFTV broadcast schedule and I only saw Sabbath morning, which is afternoon for me. Evenings don't work. Praise God for your timely message.

40544 is essentially like a telephone number, only exclusive for the purposes of sending text messages. It functions like any number, for all intents and purposes. So, put 40544 in your keypad and hit dial. Then hang up. If you know how to go to your recent calls, just put save to contacts. I'm sorry but we don't have a link . All the information for when we will be live are found on this page. You will also be able to watch them later if you happen to miss a night. Depending on the phone you have, it's fairly easy to create a new text message. In the field where you would normally put in a phone number, you just put in 40544 instead. We'd recommending asking someone in your contact list to help you figure out how to send those messages if you would like to receive them via text.

I am looking forward to this revival series. Due to the time difference (I am on EST), it will be a challenge for me to attend all of the meetings but I will do my best to attend most of them. I am hoping they will be rebroadcast on AFTV, Facebook, and/or Youtube so I can watch the ones I miss, especially since I am a teacher and I have to go to bed early and get up early to teach online.
