Now let's come to this question and it's a very important one. Who is a proper candidate for baptism? Who qualifies? Can you just take anybody, under any circumstances, and put them under the water and proclaim that they've now entered into the family of God and that they've been buried in baptism? What do you do to get ready for it? How do you prepare for it?
