Innocent Blood

Scripture: Proverbs 6:16, Deuteronomy 27:25

Why would God allow so many people innocent suffer? The Bible has much to say about innocence and innocent blood. God feels strongly about taking the life of innocent people. Why do the innocent suffer? God made us free and so the innocent will suffer the consequences of our first parents.
