Streams in the Desert

At college, Kevin was drawn into an aimless life of drugs, alcohol, and partying—and eventually, he dropped out. Needing real direction in his life, he began studying his Bible and watching Amazing Facts programs, which were made possible through your generous gifts. Kevin is now leading others to Jesus!

Revelation 20 describes how Satan will act toward man and God at the end of the earth. God has told us that he will not repent. Verse 2 says that after his last “time out”, he will be loosed a little season. Verses 7-9 show that he will still hate God and God’s people. God will devour him with fire. Ezekiel 28 describes a double meaning comparison to the King of Tyrus. But King Tyrus was never in the garden of Eden, nor was he devoured with fire from inside his body. Ezekiel 28:12-19 describes God’s sadness over him, his beauty, his relationship to God, his numerous violent activities, conceit, pride, and every source of unhappiness to man that Satan has ever come up with. At the cross, the whole Universe, not just earth, saw Satan’s hatred for Jesus revealed. Satan is the dictator of all hatred for God and mankind. His way of rebellion against God doesn’t work. It does not bring everlasting joy and love into man’s heart. He tried to stop Jesus sacrificing himself for our future numerous times by inciting the killing of numerous babies, at different times in the Bible to stop the Christ. Christ showed his love by going through that torture willingly to save us through His righteousness. Satan’s name will not be in the book of life Revelation 20:15. God has told us this already. Pray for the salvation of mankind’s hearts to trust the LORD who has done and even bothered to tell us of his love, salvation and future for his kind, people who will not follow Satan’s ways, but put all their trust in Jesus, who will save us eternally from this spiritual kidnapping. Revelation 21 and 22.

We don't pray for Satan. We pray for human enemies. Satan's fate is sealed. He isn't human. There is hope for humans. They can change.

Satan's power comes from our REFUSAL to obey Jesus request that we DO LOVE and pray for our ENEMY!!!!!

Disciple 4 Christ
Satan is the arch enemy and he is "the author of CONFUSION "he is an evil spirit that works in the mind of a person who has not repented and accepted the Lord Jesus Christ into their life. We encounter people everyday whether on job at grocery store or passing by on the street. The devil can come within the family as well. As it is written in Ephesians 6:11-12. I hope you can understand this what I have said here 🙏🏿

We emphasize Sabbath as God’s special day of worship because the Bible emphasizes it. From Genesis to Revelation, the Bible calls out the 7th day as having been sanctified by God as a day of worship and rest. We will keep the Sabbath in the kingdom too. Genesis 2:2,3, Exodus 20:8-11, Hebrews 4.

why do you emphasize so much on the Sabbath day of the week instead of interpreting the Sabbath as rest for God's children ? Sabbath as a day of worship it's a shadow but the real thing is Christ. Also Exodus 23:1-44 is fulfilled or perfected in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Exodus 16:29
[29]See, the Lord has given you the Sabbath; therefore He gives you on the sixth day the bread for two days; let ever man remain in his place; let no man leave his place on the seventh day.
They were commanded to stay at home to observe the Sabbath.

That rest is in Jesus Christ who forgives us from our sins
the works of flesh.

Matthew 11:28-29
Hebrews 4:3

Colossians 2:16-17
[16]Therefore let no one sit in judgment on you in matters of food and drink, or with regard to a feast day or a New Moon or a Sabbath.
[17]Such [things] are only the shadow of things that are to come, and they have only a symbolic value. But the reality (the substance, the solid fact of what is foreshadowed, the body of it) belongs to Christ.

GOD BLESS YOU RICHLY

👋 hey Alick ! Regarding Colossians 2 : 16 -17 its reference is about the 7 Feast Days which were a Sabbath that fell on different DATES of the MONTHS. Yes, THOSE 7 Feast Days were a foreshadow of ( Jesus Christ ) Please Don't confuse THOSE 7 Feast Days that fell on a DATE of the MONTH. The SABBATH day IS the WEEKLY 7th day. The 7th day IS the SABBATH day of GOD, It Remains the Same, and it is NOT a foreshadow.

Greetings my brother, you ask a good question and thank you for taking the time to expound on your rationale as to why you believe the fourth commandment of God's everlasting law is no longer applicable. From personal experience, the Sabbath is a true delight - if you are up for it, try taking 24 hours out of your week, from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset, to spend with the One who created and redeemed us (see Exodus 20: 8-11 and Deuteronomy 5:12-15). Besides the blessing of rest & spiritual refreshing that comes with the Sabbath each week, honoring God's commandments (all ten) also has significant implications for end-time events, incl. the seal of God and the mark of the beast. If you are still in search of answers, I think you'll find this resource insightful:[Sabbath Truth] (https://www.sabbathtruth.com/). Blessings
