Are the Dead Really Dead?

Scripture: Genesis 2:7, Acts 2:29-34, 1 Corinthians 15:51-55

What happens when you die? Does your spirit live beyond your body in a conscious form? Is the soul immortal? The Bible clearly distinguishes between body, soul, and spirit. The soul is a combination of the body and spirit. The Bible tells us sleep is a symbol of death. We will be in the grave until Jesus' coming.

i believe that those who died before Christ resurrection were raised when he was resurrected....and all that live from then on will be raised at the last day...also i believe that your spirit is raised because its been pardoned.. the believer..
